Insurance Coverage
Third party insurance (3rd.P.I.) for the vehicle is provided: in case of an accident, our insurance company covers the cost of the damage you have caused to another vehicle.
No insurance coverage applies:
If the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
For damage caused by driving on unpaved roads.
For damages caused to the bottom of the motorcycle, the tires and rims.
For accidents caused by a driver not declared in the lease contract.
For accidents for which the lessee has not updated My Moto company and submitted an accident report, as defined by the Greek Legislation, regardless of fault.
The hirer is responsible for any damage or theft (partial or total) caused to rented vehicles up to the amount of the market value at the time of accident / theft.
Renter’s obligations
The renter must return the vehicle to the rental company in the same good condition as received.
In case of mechanical damage the renter must immediately notify the rental company.
Traffic violations – Fines: All fines and administrative penalties shall be born by the renter.
Renter must lock the vehicle whenever it is left unattended.
Any delay (to the due delivery time) of more than 2 hours is charged with one additional rental day.
The renter is not allowed to use the vehicle for racing, wheelies or walks on the sand.
The vehicle may be driven only by the driver and the persons referred to in this tenancy agreement.
The renter is not allowed to take the vehicle outside the island of Corfu.
Fuel Policy
Same to same: Tenant have to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level as it was at the pick up.If the tenant returns the vehicle with less fuel, he will be charged for the price of the gas it takes to refill the tank, in addition to a service charge
Fuel Up Front:This option lets tenant purchase a full tank of fuel at the beginning of the rental, allowing you to return the vehicle empty.The total up front fuel charge is estimated based on current prices and the average tank size for the vehicle.No refunds will be given for unused gas.
Rates Include:
- Maintenance oil and greasing.
- Replacement of bike in case of breakdown.
- Helmets for the driver and passengers.
- Road map of Corfu.
- Unlimited Mileage.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation the security deposit cannot be returned.
Changes/Modifications
Any changes or modifications on confirmed reservations depend on the availability of our bike rentals. You may notify us through email.

General Conditions
The tenant expressly agrees that our company is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage suffered by the tenant or third parties during the lease and no claim may be brought against it for higher causes.
Lessor company has the right to cancel the rental if ascertains that the tenant is not capable to drive the rental vehicle for any reason
The tenant is not allowed to use the vehicle for racing, wheelies or walks on the sand.
The vehicle should be driven only by the driver and the persons referred to in the rental agreement.
The tenant is not allowed to take the vehicle outside the island of Corfu

After rental agreement signing no refund of money ispossible.
