RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INSURANCE POLICY :

All of our vehicles are covered by third-party insurance. Physical injury to other drivers, vehicle damage of other drivers, accident care, and personal accident as well as legal services. With the insurance towards third parties, the hirer has to assume the total amount of damage for the vehicle he is driving and is responsible for.The tenant is responsible for any damage or theft (partial or total) caused to rented vehicle up to the amount of market value at the time of the accident / theft .The cost of damage or loss of rented vehicle is paid directly by the tenant at our company even if he is insured by cash or  debit / credit card.We offer an additional type of insurance 'extra insurance' that reduces the tenant's risk, at an additional cost. The 'extra insurance' reduces the tenant's liability amount to the 25% of the market value of the rented vehicle.So the tenant is responsible for damages or loss only up to the amount of 25% of the market value of the rented vehicle.Ιf the amount of damage or loss exceeds the 25% of the market value of the rented vehicle,our company will cover the additional cost.Also 'extra insurance' ensures the immediate replacement of the rented vehicle (based on availability). No insurance applies for whatever may  happen when the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. When the driver violates the code of road rules and regulations and at any time the vehicle is driven on an unsafe or unroadworthy area. For example, any damage to the vehicle once it has been taken to mountainous or rocky roads, beaches, swamps or areas that are deemed unsuitable for vehicles. Any damage to the tires, mirrors,extra equipment and underneath the vehicle are not covered by the insurance policy. In order to be covered by the insurance for any damage, you are obliged to have an official copy of the police report.

FUEL POLICY

Same to same: Tenant have to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level as it was at the pick up.If the tenant returns the vehicle with less fuel, he will be charged for the price of the gas it takes to refill the tank, in addition to a service charge Fuel Up Front:This option lets tenant purchase a full tank of fuel at the beginning of the rental, allowing you to return the vehicle empty.The total up front fuel charge is estimated based on current prices and the average tank size for the vehicle.No refunds will be given for unused gas. Drop off of vehicle: The renter is obliged to return the vehicle on the specific date,location and time stated in the rental agreement.The vehicle must be in the same condition as was when it was rented.Our company allows a 30 minute time extension after the agreed upon drop off time, at no extra charge. If the renter surpass the 30 minute extended time limit he will be charged the 30% of the daily rental price of the vehicle for the next 2 hours and 30 minutes.For delay more than 3 hours than the time stated in the rental agreement the tenant will be charged the full day.

Other terms and conditions

- The tenant expressly agrees that our company is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage suffered by the tenant or third parties during the lease and no claim may be brought against it for higher causes. -Lessor company has the right to cancel the rental if ascertains that the tenant is not capable to drive the rental vehicle for any reason - The tenant is not allowed to use the vehicle for racing, wheelies or walks on the sand. -The vehicle should be driven only by the driver and the persons referred to in the rental agreement.  -The tenant is not allowed to take the vehicle outside the island of Corfu  -Traffic violations – Fines: All fines and administrative penalties shall be born by the renter.  -Renter must lock the vehicle whenever it is left unattended .  -The tenant must have the rental agreement and his driving license with him while driving     the vehicle -After rental agreement signing no refund of money ispossible. - In case of accident or mechanical damage the tenant must immediately notify the lessor company.

Reservation terms

Driver's age: The renter should be over 18 years old to rent a vehicle from our company.Drivers between 18-21 y.o should add the '18-21y.o insurance' during the reservation process to be covered by third-party insurance.For ATVs/Quads over 300cc and scooters over 250cc tenant must be over 21 years old. Driving License Requirements :All our vehicles need a valid driving license to rent them. -European Union and UK citizens need only their national driving license .To drive our scooters/ATVs needs the driving license categories below: Scooters 50cc Derbi Boulevard 50cc/Aprilia sportcity 50cc/Kymco people 50 cc : AΜ or Α1 or Α2 or Α category license Sym Symphony 50cc/Piaggio Liberty 50 cc : B(for car) or AM or Α1 or Α2 or Α category license Scooters 125-300cc Piaggio Liberty 125cc/Honda Sh mode 125cc/Honda pcx 150cc: Α1 or Α2 or Α category license Piaggio Medley 150 cc/Sym Symphony st 200cc/Piaggio Beverly 300cc: Α2 or Α category license Vespas Vespa GTS 300cc: Α2 or Α category license 3wheeled Piaggio MP3 300cc : Α2 or Α or Β (if the license has been issued before 18/1/2013) category license ATVs Kymco MXU 200cc/Kymco MXU 450cc/Cfmoto Cforce 450cc : B(for car) category license *Any driving license category with restriction codes 79.03, 79(3), 79.04, 79(4), 79(2) cannot be considered as accepted for renting our scooters. *Provisional driving licenses are not acceptable. -US and Australian citizens must have a valid motorcycle class driving license to rent our scooters and a valid car class to rent our Quads/ATVs. They do not need an *Τhe renter must ensure that he has the appropriate driving license in accordance with the requirements of our company and is solely responsible in the event that he does not have the license to drive the vehicle he has reserved. -Citizens from other countries should contact our company to confirm the appropriateness of their driving license.

PAYMENT METHODS AND CANCELLATION-MODIFICATION POLICY

-Online during reservation by credit/debit card.Ensures a discount price and it is not refundable.Free changes up to 24hours before pick up time based on availability. -By cash on arrival.Book from our website and choose to pay the whole amount at the pick up of the scooter by cash.Free cancellation and changes up to 24 hours before the pick up time. -By cash or card for rentals directly from our physical offices. Our Offices : If you choose to pick up your scooter or ATV from one of our offices, you may arrange for delivery of the vehicle at the time and day you specified when making your reservation.In the event of any delays, kindly let us know as soon as possible. At your temporary adrress : Our partner will be waiting for you at the agreed time and location to finalize the rental agreement and deliver you the scooter or quad.
